- Prospecting: Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls cold emails and followup on inbound leads to generate new business. Identify and qualify leads through research leveraging CRM platforms and industry tools to build a strong pipeline.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with assigned accounts acting as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth by understanding client needs offering solutions and upselling additional products or services.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and client needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing product development and customer service teams to ensure client needs are met and service delivery is optimized.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts reports and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in business Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Account Representative or similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decisionmaking.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation skills and a resultsoriented mindset.
