Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a compassionate and detailoriented Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role you will provide exceptional virtual support ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. Key responsibilities include accurately documenting interactions resolving customer concerns and delivering highquality service that aligns with our mission to make healthcare more personal convenient and affordable.
You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and uphold patient privacy while leveraging advanced technology platforms for communication and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Current unrestricted license in an eligible state (e.g. Mississippi).
- Master s Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and PsychMental Health (PMHNP) with National Board Certification.
- Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and virtual care platforms.
- Highspeed broadband internet connectivity.
- Current unrestricted license in an eligible state (e.g. Mississippi).
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g. Spanish) is an advantage.
- Strong problemsolving prioritization and independent decisionmaking abilities.
