Bilingual Inside Sales Representative

Salary: $24000 $30000 annually Performance Bonuses
Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Monday Friday (Central Time)
Languages: English/Spanish Fluency Required
RWI Law a distinguished legal firm based in Minneapolis MN is seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our remote team. This role is essential in connecting potential clients with our legal services ensuring they receive expert guidance from the outset. As a key member of the team you will engage with clients assess their legal needs and collaborate closely with attorneys to provide a seamless onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Initiate and conduct virtual consultations phone calls and (as needed) inperson meetings to assess the legal needs of potential clients.
- Lead Management: Manage and nurture sales leads ensuring timely followup on inquiries and qualify prospects to convert them into clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys and firm leadership to provide prospective clients with expert guidance and seamless onboarding.
- FollowUp: Conduct postmeeting followup calls with potential clients to maintain engagement and address any lingering questions or concerns.
- Documentation: Accurately record client interactions details and sales activities in the firm’s CRM system for future reference and strategy development.
- Strategy Meetings: Regularly meet with management to provide updates discuss strategies and continuously improve processes.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (oral and written).
- Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in sales preferably in a legal or servicefocused industry.
- SelfStarter: Ability to work independently and meet targets with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to connect with clients especially in emotionally sensitive situations.
- Legal Industry Familiarity (Preferred): Familiarity with family law employment law or civil litigation is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $24000 $30000 annually based on experience.
