Job Description
We are looking for a Duty Manager with experience working as a Night Auditor and GRO.
- Matric Hospitality/tourism qualification
- 3 years front desk experience
- Protel software BONUS
- Own reliable transport
- Flexible to work night shifts
- Monitors Guest Relations employees to make sure all guests receive prompt and personal recognition
- Oversee all Guest Relations processes
- Assist in employee relations processes
- Able to carry out and complete all duties responsible for a Guest Relations Officer and Night Auditor
START DATE: Immediately (ASAP)
Salary: R20k R25k CTC
