In this role youll be a key leader in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the resort training and supporting your team to deliver exceptional service. You will foster a positive work environment while promoting open communication and collaboration among departments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the front office team to maintain high service standards for all guests.
- Train and support team members ensuring they are equipped to excel in their roles.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback prioritizing effective recovery and satisfaction.
- Promote open communication and efficiency between departments.
- Foster a workplace culture that prioritizes health and safety reflecting Accors values.
- Support the recruitment training and development of the Front Office Team.

Qualifications :
- Proven leadership experience in a resort or hotel
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members
- Confident and articulate communicator skilled in negotiation and relationship building
- Adaptable and responsive to change with a flexible approach to challenges
- RMLV and First Aid certification required (can be obtained after hiring if not already held)
- Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends holidays and evenings.
