Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to play a pivotal role in enhancing investment and banking processes. This role requires a dynamic and detailoriented professional experienced in managing IT projects capable of navigating complex requirements and delivering solutions that meet the financial sectors high standards.
Tasks
- Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering: Lead requirement identification documentation and validation to ensure operational and ICT solutions are aligned with business needs.
- Project Leadership: Manage project groups overseeing the installation configuration and integration of banking software solutions while coordinating technical project aspects.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison guiding customers through project lifecycles from preimplementation to GoLive and ongoing support.
- Process Optimization and Analysis: Evaluate and enhance existing investment and pension planning applications and processes to streamline functionality.
- Support and Collaboration: Work closely with product owners and other stakeholders to address technical and operational questions and support the delivery of comprehensive solutions.
Requirements
- Experience: Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or IT Project Manager with a strong background in banking investments and project management.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL with solid experience in modern and agile IT methodologies. Knowledge of risk management change management and resource planning is a plus.
- Certifications: Project management certifications (e.g. PMI Prince2 Scrum) are highly valued.
- Language Requirement: Advanced German and English language proficiency is required.
- Residency: Candidates must be residents of Switzerland.
