Job Description
Contractual role :6 to 8 Months in future it may be move into Permanent role
we need a qualified accountant who has experience of leading a sizable team and has good technical IFRS knowledge as well as experience using an ERP system such as Oracle or SAP.
Strategic
Responsible for Implementation of strategy for transformation of record to report unit of finance shared services.
Provide insights to Management for Strategic decision making through researching recent accounting Pronouncements
Ensure Periodic Financial reporting is done error free and reports a s per IFRS
Operational
Ensuring transparency in accounting and reporting by liaising with key stake holders
Ensure Smooth end to end Operations of Capex life cycle accounting processes from recognition of assets to de recognition in books of accounts by Presenting reports and reconciliation .
oversee the process of preparation of bank reconciliations for Group Bank accounts through monthly reconciliations and summarizing the result of key stake holders
oversee the process of Accurals accounting for group entities in line with Group Policies and IFRS
Responsible for IFRS specific transaction executed centrally in R2R in line with IFRS
Support during external and Internal Audit .
Improve RTR business process
Management &leadership
Establish the department or Teams objectives and Priorities to align with and support business objectives
Oversee and supervise employees. Direct daily activities recruit train and develop a high standard of delivery.
To be committed and Contribute to the National talent development by coaching the National Talent development by coaching the national developees.
