- Pattern Development: Create accurate digital and manual patterns for garments across various categories using both traditional methods and advanced pattern making software like Lectra.
- Digital Pattern Making: Utilize Lectra software to design and modify patterns as per design and fit requirements. Ensure precise grading and marker making for optimized fabric utilization.
- Manual Pattern Making: Develop detailed manual patterns when needed, ensuring precision and consistency.
- Fit Adjustments & Alterations: Collaborate with designers and the production team to interpret sketches, specifications, and measurements to ensure proper fit and construction of garments
