Black & Grey HR is hiring for one of the leading security surveillance technology and service providers in Turkey. Our client is looking to hire a Senior HR & Operations Specialist to manage the daytoday HR and operational functions for our Turkey location. This role will focus on managing the employee lifecycle expatriate compliance payroll vendor management and ensuring compliance with Turkish labor laws. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HR best practices strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment onboarding performance management training and development and offboarding.
Provide guidance on employee relations issues supporting performance improvement and grievance management.
Oversee expatriate compliance ensuring all visa tax payroll and benefits processes are managed effectively.
Implement HR practices that align with Turkish labor laws and organizational standards.
Manage and maintain HRIS systems ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
Handle vendor relationships renew contracts and manage payments.
Provide accurate payroll inputs review salary and bonus payments and ensure timely distribution.
Lead employee engagement initiatives support operational tasks and take on HRrelated projects as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Psychology HRM or related field; CIPD/SHRM certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with 35 years in an HR Manager or HR Business Partner role in Turkey or the MENA region.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and Turkish labor laws.
Ability to handle complex HR functions independently within a multinational environment.
Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in a fastpaced setting.
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and strategies.
Excellent relationshipbuilding skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Fluency in English Turkish and Chinese (written and verbal).
Strong analytical skills and quick learning ability.
