What are the top 3 skills required for this role
- Strong Hands on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM
- Strong Hands on experience with SNOW CMDB Discovery & Service Mapping
- Good Communication Skills
Responsibilities
- ServiceNow Lead/Architect role requires the applying candidate to have strong handson experience around the following activities:
- Manage Horizontal and Cloud Discovery Issue as part BAU
- Create Service Maps using Top Down Service Mapping approach for business critical applications
- Configure/manage Discovery schedules
- Configure and Manage CMDB Health Dashboard and CI Health and Hygiene Tasks
- Integrate with third party applications to bring Asset Data into CMDB
- Work on CMDB and ITOM Visible related enhancements
- Write custom patterns as required for Discovery/Service Mapping.
