- Business Process Engineering Preferred 4 Years
- Technical Writing/Formal documentation skills Preferred 4 Years
- Experience with ServiceNow in use with supporting external business partners. Experience with Cloud service provider AWS. Preferred 4 Years
- Training experience Preferred 3 Years
- Experience with ServiceNow security operations. Experience with DevOps tools (Jira Gitlab etc.) Preferred 1 Years
