REQUIRED SKILLS
Job Summary:
The ServiceNow Solutions Architect will define and drive the overall architecture and roadmap for Ultas ServiceNow platform. This role will involve mentoring junior architects streamlining complex workflows and ensuring optimal utilization of ServiceNow to meet organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Design scalable robust solutions to optimize ServiceNow platform functionality.
- Work across teams (e.g. IT security and thirdparty vendors) to ensure successful integration and module deployment.
- Mentor junior architects and foster growth in ServiceNow expertise across the organization.
- Define best practices for workflow automation and process optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create solutions for complex nondigital workflows enhancing efficiency and automation.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect with expertise across multiple modules.
- Proven ability to mentor and grow architectural talent.
- Strong understanding of ITSM ITOM Knowledge Management and workflow automation.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Industry experience (e.g. retail) not required.
