Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Job Location: Remote(Chicago IL Preferred)
Interview: Virtual
Job Duration: 12 Months
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications focusing on Service Catalog items and workflows.
- Perform deep configurations to meet business requirements.
- Lead and execute knowledge migration efforts within the platform.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize and implement ServiceNow modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure seamless platform functionality.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow development and configuration.
- Proven experience in building Service Catalog items and workflows.
- Handson experience with knowledge migration and module optimization.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Industryspecific experience (e.g. retail) is not required.
