Job Description/ Responsibilities
ServiceNow Lead/Architect role requires the applying candidate to have strong handson experience around the following activities:
- Manage Horizontal and Cloud Discovery Issue as part BAU
- Create Service Maps using Top Down Service Mapping approach for business critical applications
- Configure/manage Discovery schedules
- Configure and Manage CMDB Health Dashboard and CI Health and Hygiene Tasks
- Integrate with third party applications to bring Asset Data into CMDB
- Work on CMDB and ITOM Visible related enhancements
- Write custom patterns as required for Discovery/Service Mapping.
