Job Description
Job Title: ServiceNow Admin
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
- Handson experience configuring and managing ITSM software for an IT Service Desk.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator or Implementation Developer with expertise in configuring ITSM modules such as Incident Service Request Change Management and Knowledge Management.
- Experience as an Administrator or Implementation Developer working within a ServiceNow DomainSeparated environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Practical experience with the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
