Job Description
We are seeking a Power BI Lead/Architect with a strong background in User Experience (UX) Design to transform a clients Power BI system into a userfriendly intuitive and efficient platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Power BI architecture dashboard design and UX optimization to solve complex usability challenges.
- Evaluate the clients existing Power BI system to identify user experience issues and inefficiencies.
- Design and implement usercentric Power BI dashboards and reports that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet user needs.
- Develop and enforce best practices for Power BI design ensuring clarity usability and functionality.
- Provide guidance and technical leadership in Power BI architecture and data visualization.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to refine designs and features.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Power BI development architecture and dashboard customization.
- Strong expertise in User Experience (UX) Design principles and practices.
- Proven ability to solve complex usability issues and deliver userfriendly solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to work with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive problemsolving mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience with data modelling and DAX optimization
- Knowledge of modern UX design tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
