Job Description
Job Title: Inside Sales Personnel
Location: Kennesaw GA
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 AM 5 PM
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 AM 5 PM
Indusrty: American flags flag poles and flag accessories dropship sales.
Position Overview:
Seeking a motivated and customeroriented Inside Sales Personnel to join our Kennesaw office. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers ordering flags flag poles and flag accessories. Your ability to connect with customers and provide excellent service will be key to driving sales and fostering longterm relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with flag flag pole and accessory orders.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently in our sales system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience.
- Maintain knowledge of products promotions and industry trends.
- Track and report sales metrics and progress towards goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in inside sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
