Job Description
Role: Technofunctional Lead BA
Location: Charlotte North Carolina (NC)
Type of Hire Contract/ C2H
Duration: 12 months
EXPECTATIONs :Contact Center / IVR background and background related to Conversation AI (if not Kore.AI)

Job Description:
Techno Functional Business Analyst
Onsite All 5 days (Charlotte NC)
Expertise in IVR systems and Conversational AI platform
Experience with system integrations bonus experience with implementation with IVR and Conversational AI (any platform)
LC/NC Framework (knowledge)
Expertise in working closely with stakeholders to gather document and analyze business requirements especially IVR systems.
Proficiency in creating business documentation such as BRDs functional specs and process flows.
