Job Description
Job Title: NetSuite TechnoFunctional Consultant
Location: USA (Remote/Onsite)
Job Type: Contract (3 4 months and extendable).
We seek experienced NetSuite TechnoFunctional Consultants to help our clients optimize their use of the NetSuite ERP system. This role requires a balanced expertise in both technical and functional aspects enabling the consultant to effectively configure NetSuite modules support integrations and manage data migrations based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
NetSuite Configuration Integration and Customization:
- Configure NetSuite modules such as Finance CRM Inventory and Order Management based on business requirements.
- Support data migration efforts and perform comprehensive testing to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into functional specifications and technical designs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues within NetSuite.
- Create and enhance custom reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Develop and execute test plans for customizations configurations and new features ensuring smooth deployment of updates and enhancements.
User Training and Documentation:
- Provide enduser training sessions and create comprehensive documentation for system processes and configurations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to assist users with queries and maximize their use of NetSuite.
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Proficiency in data import and testing.
- Basic knowledge of SuiteScript 1.0/2.0 for customizations.
- Experience with SuiteFlow SuiteTalk SuiteBuilder and SuiteAnalytics.
- Familiarity with NetSuite APIs and thirdparty integration tools.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite data architecture and custom record management.
- Solid expertise in core NetSuite modules including Financials CRM Inventory and Order Management.
- Experience in business process mapping and gap analysis.
General Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of interacting effectively with both technical teams and business users.
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
