The Email Marketing Publisher is responsible for the daytoday execution and dispatch of email marketing campaigns to promote events trainings and services offered by the company and setup of webinar for global and local marketers. The publisher is also expected to perform tasks assigned by the Corporate Communications Support Team Manager Marketing Automation Project Manager and the Global Web & Email Marketing Manager that contributes to the goals of the business affiliates in the generation of business leads.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Review and assess the correctness completeness and validity of the requests and their accompanying documents that go into the Email Marketing request queue
- Create email marketing campaigns using the Company email templates while ensuring compliance to Company Brand marketing guidelines and email marketing best practices
- Setup webinars through the official tool used by the Company to allow supported marketers to promote and host webinars for their respective clients including setup of multistep campaigns as they deem necessary
- As part of the QA process ensure a thorough buddy QA on campaigns created by teammates spotting errors and inconsistencies between the request template and the draft output and at the same time checking for any violation of Company Brand marketing guidelines and best practices
- Review campaigns created by independent business marketers to ensure compliance with the Email Marketing and Company Brand marketing guidelines
- Ensure compliance with the Email Marketing team s Service Level Agreement responding to requests within 24 hours from receipt and completion of requests within the agreed schedule with business marketer
- Perform nonoperational tasks directly related to the company domain and/or Email Marketing project as assigned by the team lead team manager or the Marketing Automation Project Manager
- Perform other tasks that are related to the department and/or organization s vision and goals
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in information management marketing courses communications or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills with ability to collect organize and analyze information with attention to detail accuracy and validity
- Experience in web publishing and supporting technologies (HTML CSS Adobe Photoshop and others) an advantage
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of work exposure in HTML and CSS mandatory qualification
- With Stakeholder management and at least IT background
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of work exposure in Eloqa Marketing Automation
- Good to have good communication skills both written and verbal
- Fresh Graduates with HTML/CSS knowledge are welcome to apply
