JOB SUMMARY:
This position will provide premiere customer service to USALCO external customers across the United States ensuring a positive consistent customer experience with every interaction.

EDUCATION:
College degree strongly preferred but not required
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 5year prior experience within a Chemical manufacturing environment
Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Preferred:
Continuous Improvement activities such as LEAN; 5S; Six Sigma; etc.
ERP experience such as Ross FRQ or SAP
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Routinely sits 80 to 90% of shift
Be flexible with work hours to meet demands of operation
