Job Description

PURPOSE:

To delight and wow our customers by providing them with high level professional consultation building relationships that encourage their lifetime affair with the company. These customers will be retail customer designers decorators architects developers and hospitality. The Sales Consultant will contribute to achieving sales targets and promoting customer satisfaction through effective sales processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Revenue: Achieve the company sales revenue targets.
  • Relationship Management: Build and strengthen relationships with recurring business customers resulting in increased sales.
  • Close Deals: Successfully convert leads into sales.
  • Dormant Customers: Farm our existing customer base for additional sales.
  • Source Leads: Source new business opportunities.

  • Demonstrated ability to execute the sales process effectively.
  • Proven experience in building and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
