Job Description
- Assist in managing inbound/outbound leads and client inquiries via phone email and online platforms
- Support senior sales representatives in executing sales strategies
- Conduct product presentations and explain features and benefits to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to achieving sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation efforts
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed solutions to customers
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in business Marketing or related field (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in the Levantine dialect (Palestinian Syrian Lebanese or Jordanian) is a must
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Previous experience in sales customer service or a related field is a plus
