Job Description

Location: Lisbon Portugal (OnSite)
Employment type: Fulltime
Language Requirements: Italian C2 and English B2

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for Social Media focused on the Italian market. In this role you will assist clients with social media advertising inquiries and ensure that they have a seamless experience using the platform.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients with setting up and managing social media advertising campaigns.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to advertising platforms.
  • Providing expert guidance on optimizing campaigns for better performance.

The position includes comprehensive training to prepare you for the role. You will work 40 hours per week on rotating shifts and be entitled to holiday bonuses with a Portuguese employment contract.
