Junior Business Finance Support

We are seeking a Junior Business Finance Support to join our team based in Milan or in Rome. The location will be established based on the candidates residence:.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A TEMPORARY ROLE TO COVER MATERNITY LEAVE Approx. 6 months

The candidate will carry out activity within the business and finance team supporting project controllers and project managers. In particular they will be responsible for:

• Support contract management registration archiving and sending acceptance (support activity for Project Controllers)
• Control of invoicing plans in accordance with contracts
• Invoice registration in Aruba (Support for Project Controllers)
• VAT code control in intercompany invoicing and registration in Aruba
• Control of collections coordinating with the foreign team dedicated to this activity
• Weekly control of orders issued to suppliers
• Support to managers in drafting the project progress report

• Economic and financial background (Diploma or Degree in Economics)
• Minimum 2 years experoemce in accounting and finance roles
• Experience of working in Finance team
• Ability to work in a collaborative teambased and international environment and able to build positive working relationships with colleagues and clients
• Skills in using the Office package particularly Excel and previous experience with accounting software
• Fluent in Italian with very good English both spoken and written
