Salary Package:
- Base Salary: 950 EUR per 14 months (13300 EUR per year)
- Language Bonus: 450 EUR per 12 months (5400 EUR per year)
- Meal Allowance (net): 167.86 EUR per month (2014.32 EUR per year)
- Total Annual Income: 20714.32 EUR
- Performance Bonus: Up to 200 EUR per 12 months (2400 EUR per year)

Tasks:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the banks clients handling inquiries via inbound channels such as chat and email.
- Assist clients with navigation on the online banking portal.
- Provide excellent responsive customer service continuously seeking opportunities to enhance customer experience.
- Supply information on product conditions marketing campaigns branch organization and services.
- Schedule client appointments.
- Process final inquiries including sending forms ordering duplicates income statements and handling PIN/TAN orders for online banking.
- Implement card blocking procedures when necessary.
- Mediate and escalate cases to appropriate departments like branches hotlines security centers quality management Wealth Management or other affiliates of the bank.
