Location: Oriente Lisbon (Remote from Coimbra to Algarve)

Schedule: Fulltime 40 hours per week
- Shifts: 8 hours per day with a 1hour lunch break
- Days: 5 days per week Monday to Sunday
- Hours: 08:00 to 21:00 (flexible within this timeframe)
- Days Off: 2 days off per week
Salary Package:
- Base Salary: 895 EUR per month for 14 months 12 530 EUR per year
- Meal Allowance: 7.23EUR per day (net) 190872 EUR per year
- Performance Bonus: 100 EUR per 12 months 1200 EUR per year
- Health Insurance: Provided after 6 months
Profile Nice to Have:
- Experience in customer support (preferably inbound calls chat and emails)
Tasks:
- Act as the first point of contact and brand ambassador for viewers ensuring excellent customer service.
- Assist viewers via phone chat and email addressing inquiries and providing support for software functionality account management and application queries.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings.
- Deliver accurate and timely responses to viewer inquiries maintaining detailed records of interactions inquiries complaints and resolutions.
