The Problems Youd be Solving:
Youd have the challenge of driving product positioning and growth strategies ensuring our solutions resonate with beauty and wellness professionals and supporting product adoption. Other key responsibilities include:
- Developing and driving product positioning and messaging that resonates with salon owners spa managers and beauty professionals using unique customer product and market insights.
- Building out buyer personas and incorporating insights into messaging to drive demand retention and expansion.
- Owning all product/feature launches for marketing including defining success metrics for product adoption and revenue and working with demand generation and creative teams to execute multichannel launches for positive ROI.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams (product management customer support) to develop gotomarket strategy and drive launches for public beta new features and products.
- Creating marketing collateral (sales decks product guides case studies website content) to effectively communicate product value propositions.
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
- Talking regularly to customers; current and prospective creating marketing assets creating marketing collateral developing and managing community initiatives organizing and hosting industry events driving demand generation campaigns and having a deep understanding of our products.
Youd be Great if you Have:
- At least 45 years of product marketing experience ideally in a SaaS fintech or strong B2C brand.
- Experience developing positioning and messaging campaigns for SaaS or fintech products with a strong knack for highlighting differentiation.
- Experience identifying and building core customer personas and building segmentation frameworks into product and gotomarket strategies.
- Demonstrated examples of product marketing assets you have produced.
- Extensive project management and presentation skills and comfort in presenting findings and recommendations to leadership and key crossfunctional stakeholders.
- Experience conducting customer research and synthesizing core insight.
- Strong command of quantitative and qualitative data analysis and using data to drive decisionmaking.
- A passion for leading through change in a highpaced fastchanging and sometimes ambiguous work environment.
- A demonstrated selfstarter who can take ownership of projects and drive them to completion with light direction.
