- Function: IT Recruiter (RPO)
- Location: Portugal
- Type of work: Full Remote
- Type of contract: 3 month minimum RPO project
Tasks
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience working in productbased companies;
- Ideally experience in largescale recruitment processes;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
