Tasks
- Serve as the Tech Lead for the SF Marketing Cloud team guiding discussions resolving challenges and driving best practices in code quality scalability and maintainability.
- Continuously track and improve key performance metrics collaborating with the team to optimize system quality and availability.
- Foster a collaborative environment where team members actively participate in engineering and design decisions.
- Implement solid processes to ensure consistent coding standards and manage technical debt with delivery teams.
- Lead and contribute to organizationwide tech initiatives and transformations.
- Mentor engineers supporting their professional growth and contribute to hiring top talent for the team.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience with Salesforce development and Marketing Cloud with a Bachelors or Masters degree in an ITrelated field.
- Proven expertise in building launching and growing products with a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio Journey Builder Automation Studio Mobile Studio Interaction Studio).
- Proficient in AMPscript SSJS and strong SQL skills for managing complex data extensions and views.
- Skilled in designing and implementing advanced automation workflows using Automation Studio.
- Experience working in fastpaced global matrixed environments with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects and collaborate with both technical and nontechnical teams.
- Familiar with CI/CD tools and workflows; professional scrum certification is a bonus.
