Job Description
JOB DETAILS:
- Position: IT Business Analyst (Senior Level)
- Location: Hybrid Lisbon (negotiable)
- Work Model: Hybrid
DAYTODAY DUTIES:
As a Senior IT Business Analyst at Top Sigma you will:
- Act as the IT point of contact for various projects supporting and developing IT tools for HR and communicationrelated business functions.
- Collaborate closely with business teams project managers and service managers to improve and transform IT solutions.
- Provide support and advisory services in your area of expertise.
- Define and analyze business needs design IT solutions in collaboration with other departments and document and maintain processes.
- Maintain a strong relationship with business stakeholders and project managers to ensure alignment of IT solutions with business objectives.
- Perform verification testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Work with SuccessFactors ideally focusing on Employee Central (EC) and interface design to and from SuccessFactors.
- Take on a coordinator role for complex enhancements in HR communication and learning where a professional project manager is not required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of experience in business analysis.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Experience with one or more SuccessFactors modules.
- Experience with interface design to and from SuccessFactors.
- Hybrid work model (Lisbon negotiable).
