About the Role:
Are you an experienced IT recruiter with a deep understanding of the Portuguese tech market At Top Sigma were growing fast and need a driven resourceful Freelance IT Recruiter to help us find top talent and meet our recruitment needs. If youre proactive love working independently and thrive in a commissionbased environment this role could be for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source screen and engage IT professionals to fill our open positions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with our team to understand client needs and requirements.
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process to ensure timely and successful placements.
What You Need to Succeed:
- 1 years of experience in IT recruitment specifically in the Portuguese market.
- Proven track record of working as a freelancer or in a commissionbased role.
- Strong expertise in sourcing IT talent (direct search or agency experience is a plus!).
- Fluent in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
- Selfmotivated with excellent organizational skills and a passion for tech recruitment.
