Objective of the Role
The General Manager will oversee the daytoday operations of a chain of 7 fast food locations in the Miami area. This individual will also be responsible for driving the expansion of the concept through strategic initiatives whether through opening new locations or launching marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility and customer loyalty. The successful candidate will develop and execute districtlevel strategies to ensure each location achieves its financial operational and customerservice objectives.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in premium fast food or quick service restaurants (QSR). They are skilled in managing both daily operations and longterm growth strategies with a proven track record of growing multiunit businesses. This individual is a leader of leaders capable of motivating and coaching store managers to achieve excellence. They bring a balance of operational expertise team development skills and a forwardthinking approach to expansion.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth: Develop and implement districtwide strategies to meet financial and operational goals across all 7 locations identifying and addressing unique strengths and challenges.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor store managers ensuring strong operational performance and outstanding customer service.
- Expansion Initiatives: Drive the growth of the brand by identifying new market opportunities and implementing marketing initiatives or opening new locations.
- Operations Management: Oversee daytoday operations including staffing inventory management P&L accountability and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Customer Focus: Act as a resource for addressing customer service issues and ensuring each location provides a premium fast food experience.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience managing multiunit fast food/QSR operations including financial and operational oversight of at least 2 stores or units.
- Proven experience in leading a team of managers with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role that includes coaching training and developing team members.
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth through strategic expansion or marketing initiatives.
- Strong problemsolving organizational and communication skills with the ability to balance shortterm operational needs and longterm strategic goals.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and willing to work fulltime with flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as required.
