Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Rental Furniture Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing our rental furniture inventory coordinating with clients preparing necessary documentation and ensuring that all items are properly stocked and delivered on time for events. The ideal candidate should be proactive have excellent communication skills and possess a strong understanding of rental operations and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rental Inventory Management: Oversee and manage the entire rental furniture inventory ensuring all items are in good condition and properly stocked. Track and update inventory records regularly.
  • Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding rental furniture. Understand client requirements offer suitable options and assist in selecting the right items for their events.
  • Documentation Preparation: Prepare all necessary rental agreements invoices and delivery schedules for clients. Ensure that all paperwork is accurate and processed in a timely manner.
  • Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure that all rental furniture items are delivered and set up at the clients event location on time. Ensure timely pickup and return of furniture after events.
  • Quality Control: Inspect furniture items regularly to ensure that they meet the companys quality standards. Arrange for cleaning repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Stock Arrangement & Organization: Organize and maintain the warehouse or storage area to ensure that rental items are easily accessible and stored in a manner that prevents damage.
  • Client Communication: Provide clients with updates on their rental orders ensure their requests are met and address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any challenges or issues related to rental items such as damages shortages or logistical delays ensuring minimal impact on the event.
  • Collaborate with Event Teams: Work closely with event coordinators and other internal teams to ensure that rental furniture needs are met according to the events specifications.
  • Cost Control & Reporting: Monitor rental costs and ensure that rentals are billed accurately. Assist in tracking rental income and expenses providing reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in rental coordination or logistics preferably in the events hospitality or furniture rental industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage inventory and logistics effectively.
  • Knowledge of basic furniture care and maintenance.
  • Proficient in using inventory management software and tools.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Education: A degree or diploma in Event Management Logistics or a related field is a plus.
  • Language: Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Personal Qualities: Detailoriented customerfocused proactive and able to work independently.
