You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailJob DescriptionWork closely with the Channel Managers for robust Commercial planning cycle and Target delivery updates (gaps and opportunities)Oversee the work team leaders to make sure we have winning Strategies and activation plans .Manage budget and build for trade programmes developmentGather/ generate innovative ideas for enhancing trade programmes and develop innovative approaches for customer segmentsOwn the Sales Activities Master Plan (SAMP) in the BU ensuring the right focus and prioritization and best optimal sales tools made available for the sales force.Lead the communication flow between TM and sales operation to ensure the Sales teams have full clarity and visibility to execute.Collaborates with Channel Heads to secure best In-store equipmentPlanogram developmentIn-store and coordinationLeads the development of an integrated category package to support sales teams in building quality JBP with strategic customers.Develop the best cross-category plansVia the TM initiatives (Perfect Store-Basic etc.), secure the ability to transform the store and have visibility for FFQ portfolio and initiatives.Act as the Gate Keeper for BRF Trade Investments to ensure Revenue Management and ROI principles applied on all levels of trade spent and management of resourcesLead, organize, and provide all support for sampling teams, to ensure sampling activations are conducted as per SAMP, and to the highest level of professionalismIn line with CI regional team strategic direction, conduct consumer/shopper surveys, assess, analyze and share results with the bigger audienceConnect with the Regional Trade Marketing team to lead the TM strategies in the entityBring the local demands from commercial team to the Regional meetingsLead the local initiatives with the commercial team as promotion, marketing, advertising and branding with customers.Market Share reading and EPOSBuilding promo plan and co-packing promotionGoing to the ministry for price and listing processConduct Monthly meetings with the merchandiser team to align strategiesAcademic Background• Bachelor s Degree in BusinessDesirable requirements• Strong Business & Commercial skills• Team Player• Negotiation Skills• Ability to perform under pressureExperience• 7 to 10 years of experience as Brand/Category /Sales Manager in MNC in GCC Region• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a teamStay tuned on our Website to be aware about all the job opportunities we have!
