We are seeking for an Events Executive specialize in selling, planning and organizing corporate events, conferences, and special occasions, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned to exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:
Being able to handle independently events of different segments (social, corporate and outside caterings)
Preparing proposals, contracts, BEOs, maintaining records, and generating reports related to events.
Handling any issues or challenges that arise before or during events, such as last-minute changes, technical difficulties, or guest complaints.
Sales and revenue generation by promoting event services, negotiating contracts, and maximizing revenues while meeting the needs of clients within budget constraints.
Ensuring that guests attending events at the hotel have a positive experience by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns promptly.
1. Event Planning and Coordination
Concept Development: Work with clients or internal stakeholders to understand their event goals, themes, and objectives. Develop creative event concepts and plans that align with these goals.
Event Scheduling: Plan event timelines, including key milestones, deadlines, and event day schedules. Ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
Budget Management: Create and manage event budgets, keeping track of costs and ensuring the event stays within financial limits. Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best prices for services.
Venue Selection: Research and recommend appropriate venues based on the event requirements, such as location, capacity, and amenities. Coordinate with venue management for booking and logistics.
Guest List Management: Develop and maintain guest lists, including sending invitations, tracking RSVPs, and coordinating with guests before and after the event.
Bachelor's degree
Proven experience (2+ years) in Events Sales and Planning, preferably in a corporate environment.
Arabic speaker, preferrably female
Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in event management software
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Creativity: Ability to think creatively to develop unique and engaging event concepts that align with client or brand objectives.
Negotiation Skills: Skill in negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure the best possible terms and prices.
Budgeting and Financial Management: Proficiency in managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that events are executed within financial constraints.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage tight timelines, ensuring that events are executed on time.
Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with event management software, booking systems, and communication tools, as well as basic proficiency in social media and marketing platforms.
