JOB SUMMARY: Provide effective customer service to everyone who calls into the MiramedGS call center. The Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative must project a professional image through phone interaction. Must be able to provide accurate and qualitydriven information to callers regarding their account statement and payment procedures. SCOPE AND COMPLEXITY: The work of this position is guided by defined policies guidelines and established practices and precedents in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Contact Center (CC) environments. The position is responsible to adhere to all federal guidelines including but not limited to HIPAA as well as MiramedGS Corporate guidelines. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Must be proficient in Reading Writing Comprehending and Speaking the Spanish and the English language. 2. Data entry skills organization analyzing information verbal communication and multi tasking. 3. Good conflict resolution skills. 4. Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality. 5. Must be able to type 40 WPM. 6. Other tasks/functions that may be assigned by the company as per business requirement; these may change from time to time to reflect the changing requirement of your position and our business.
