Position: Inside Sales and Customer Support Representative Medical Devices
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to customers regarding medical devices such as ECG (Electrocardiogram) ABPM (Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring) Holter monitors and Sleep Tests.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone email and chat offering expert guidance on device selection usage and troubleshooting.
- Proactively engage with potential customers to promote medical devices highlighting their benefits and features tailored to specific healthcare needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software ensuring timely followup and nurturing of leads.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for introducing medical devices into new markets or expanding within existing accounts.
- Demonstrate proficiency in explaining the technical specifications and functionality of medical devices addressing any concerns or questions from healthcare professionals and endusers.
- Resolve technical issues and provide troubleshooting assistance for medical devices prioritizing rapid resolution to minimize downtime.
- Stay informed about industry trends regulatory requirements and advancements in medical technology related to ECG ABPM Holter monitors and Sleep Tests.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs including customer satisfaction metrics and revenue objectives within the medical devices segment.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of medical devices including attending training sessions participating in product demonstrations and selfdirected learning initiatives to maintain expertise in the service field.
Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers via phone email and chat providing clear and concise information regarding medical devices such as ECG ABPM Holter monitors and Sleep Tests.
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Inside Sales: Proven track record in inside sales with at least three years of experience in a similar role preferably within the healthcare or medical devices industry.
- Minimum Graduate: All applicants must have at least a bachelor degree with preference given to candidates with additional qualifications or certifications related to healthcare or sales.
