We are looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist with a strong background in using platforms like Oracle Eloqua WebEngage or HubSpot. In this role you will be responsible for designing managing and optimizing advanced automated marketing campaigns focusing on email marketing and remarketing strategies to engage and nurture our customer base effectively.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience with marketing automation platforms such as Oracle Eloqua WebEngage HubSpot or comparable systems including designing and managing lead nurturing and remarketing campaigns;
- Advanced understanding of email marketing principles including segmentation deliverability optimization A/B testing and HTML/CSS for email design;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets optimize campaigns based on insights and enhance KPIs;
- Familiarity with CRM platforms lead management processes and experience in a digital marketing role within B2B or B2C environments;
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork across diverse functions;
- Detailoriented with robust project management skills capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
About the position:
Architect implement and refine comprehensive marketing automation campaigns leveraging advanced marketing automation platforms;
Develop execute and oversee email marketing campaigns with a focus on strategic segmentation dynamic personalization and rigorous A/B testing methodologies;
Coordinate and manage remarketing initiatives across multiple channels to reengage and retain customers;
Collaborate closely with content and design teams to produce compelling and highimpact marketing materials;
Establish and monitor marketing workflows lead scoring systems and automation protocols to enhance customer journey efficiency;
Conduct indepth analysis of campaign performance metrics derive actionable insights and formulate datadriven strategies for continuous optimization;
Collaborate extensively with crossfunctional marketing teams as well as the sales team to ensure lead nurturing processes align seamlessly with the sales funnel and overarching business objectives;
Remain updated of emerging trends and best practices in marketing automation and email marketing to maintain continuous improvement and innovation;
Build comprehensive reports on automation performance and present insights to senior leadership.
