Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Conduct regular meetings with clients (investors developers and stakeholders) to discuss investment strategies portfolio updates and performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring continuous engagement a: nd satisfaction.
2. Investment Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive financial and technical due diligence for potential real estate investment opportunities. Prepare detailed documentation and reports on the financial health market analysis legal and regulatory compliance of real estate assets. Work closely with internal and external teams (legal finance technical) to assess project risks and opportunities.
3. Investment Monitoring & Reporting: Oversee the performance and progress of real estate assets under management (AUM) within the AIF funds. Monitor cash flows IRR (Internal Rate of Return) NAV (Net Asset Value) and other financial metrics to ensure investments align with expected returns. Provide regular asset performance reports and updates to senior management clients and investors. Track project milestones and flag potential delays or risks initiating corrective actions as needed.
4. Risk Management: Identify and assess risks related to market changes financial health and project execution. Develop risk mitigation strategies to safeguard investor capital and enhance the portfolios performance.
5. Collaboration with Teams: Coordinate with the asset manageement legal compliance and technical teams to ensure thorough due diligence and proper documentation for each investment. Facilitate clear communication between different departments to streamline the investment process. Qualifications & Skills:
Key Skills: Strong understanding of real estate markets financial modeling and investment strategies. Expertise in financial and technical due diligence including legal and regulatory requirements in real estate. Excellent communication negotiation and client management skills. Proficiency in investment management software and advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
