Job Description:
Provide complete support for issues and repairs of gearedgearless and escalator machines.
Troubleshoot problems over the phone or visiting client site within PAN India.
Jobsite visit to be done all over India to fix the issue of Torin machines which involves and is not limited to adjustment of brakes change of bearings encoder wiring with drives brakes micro switch change change of sheave for geared and gearless.
Follow up with customers regularly to make sure the existing or previous issues are resolved.
Develop new leads and provide quote to customers.
Work on development projects to localize components.
Assist in development of new products to suit the market needs.
Liaison with factory for any issues related to warranty and components defects.
Conducting new product development session with Sales and CRM team
Inhouse product training to all stores and service team members.
Continuous development new local vendors for all spares items.
Responsible for clearing all machines kept in quarantine area within stipulated time limits.
Having good command over English language since candidate has to deal with foreign vendors on daytoday basis.
