Job Description
This role will be responsible for overseeing Program Directors and the Delivery team and must have an Extensive experience in Delivery and financials. Preferably with Banking Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) industry background.
Requirements
- At least graduate with a Bachelor s or Master s Degree in IT Computer Science Engineering or any related course.
- At least 10 years of experience managing/leading teams including managing leaders in the IT industry.
- At least 8 years of experience leading and delivering large complex custom development projects and managed services delivery agreements (contract obligations) including oversight of strategy/technical roadmap financials/budget contract deliverables relationships and vendor management.
- At least 5 years of experience driving innovations/initiatives from ideation and strategy development to design and execution.
- Proven endtoend technical/functional product lifecycle management for applications and platforms.
- Proven experience as Head of IT Operations and IT Service Delivery.
- Strong experience in implementing IT systems.
- At least 5 yrs of experience in Software Development.
- A Solutions Architecture background is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in driving growth and full ownership of PnL.
