Job Summary

The B2G Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with government bodies agencies and key personnel for business purposes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with government officials procurement managers and other key decisionmakers within government agencies.
  • Understand the governments procurement processes and requirements to effectively position the CIG s products to meet government quality standards.
  • Attend industry events conferences and networking functions to expand the companys government network.
  • Identify and pursue potential business opportunities with government agencies including bids tenders and RFPs.
  • Conduct market research to identify government needs and align the companys offerings accordingly.
  • Develop and submit compelling proposals and presentations to government agencies.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for government contracts ensuring that the companys interests are protected.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle including contract execution performance monitoring and dispute resolution.
  • Ensure that government customers are satisfied with the companys products services and support.
  • Address any governmentrelated concerns or complaints promptly and effectively while maintaining strong relationships
  • Build alliance with government and automotive regulatory bodies and adhere to all procurement guidelines


Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing International Relations Business Administration or a related field.
  • Masters degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales business development or customer relationship management preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong networking ability and access to government agencies and other publicprivate sectors.
  • Passionate about driving sales and smart in closing business deals
  • Must have a good communication command.
