Launch Excellence Manager supports the field to execute on Clients product launches and business processes ensuring barriers are removed for successful revenue growth. They work to translate Global processes into regional needs to ensure Clients key product differentiators are delivered efficiently to customers to help achieve Clients strategic goals. This role also works with L&D and professional education as well as regional sales leaders and all cross functional managers. This role involves great product and process knowledge alongside strong customer and field team training skills to support stronger field force enablement and team efficiencies. This role reports directly into INTL VP & GM and is sales commissioned.
Role Requirements
Execute the adoption of Clients products across our international business.
Work closely with Sales Directors marketing and other cross functions to help deliver effective roll out plans and continued in field training where needed.
Ability to translate in depth technical knowledge to field or customers with easytounderstand instructions for use and promote rapid adoption of product.
Help ensure Clients business processes are followed and adhered to to improve effectiveness and the experience of customers and the field team.
Identify needs of independent centers regarding product launches and implementation of the Clients products in their clinical routine
Identify barriers for adoption of HFX Algorithm & HFX Cloud in independent centers and drive initiatives to overcome them.
Support infield business relationships to aid the uptake of Clients key products such as procurement managers or buying groups with technical info sheets.
Worth with Global Strategic Marketing to Define track and execute on key launch field metrics.
Support the Global Strategic Marketing team and the regional Downstream MKT team with market and field insights to identify all aspects of product development from project inception through to first commercial launch document and help manage the development and introduction of new products and technologies to achieve and maintain market leadership.
Ensuring external and internal customer focus by communicating and building rapport with customers as required and ensuring the voice of customer is reflected in work processes.
Partner closely with key thought leaders to anticipate the future market. environment changes in economic climate the onset of new competitors to predict / drive future needs for current and future customers.
Support ongoing relationships between emerging markets before product is licensed in country and deliver initial product training and support local teams get the information they require.
Lead and motivate project teams and provide direction and guidance to execute strategic and tactical projects and / or initiatives.

Strong strategic thinker capable of understanding the organizational goals and can use technology project management and leadership experience to reach these goals
Content management/knowledge management
Knowledge of project management tools and techniques

Strong leadership and consulting skills
Ability to interact with and influence the field and leaders
Verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Bachelors degree preferred.
5 years of Medical Device Sales Sales Training or Product Specialist experience.
Previous experience with training a medical device sales force.
Prior experience leading and managing change effort at field level.
Project Management Experience
60% Travel
