About the Role:

Were looking for an inspirational and resultsoriented Site Manager Operations to lead our Gothenburg site. In this role youll be at the helm of our operational hub overseeing distribution production procurement and quality.
This isnt a typical management roleits an opportunity to roll up your sleeves drive change and implement improvements that have a tangible impact. Youll work closely with your team and leadership tackling challenges headon to optimize processes reduce costs and deliver results.
What Youll Do:
Lead and Inspire:
- Oversee all operational activities at the Gothenburg site.
- Manage and develop a dedicated team fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Be a visible and handson leader who engages with the team daily.
Drive Operational Excellence:
- Ensure seamless production procurement and distribution processes that meet strategic goals.
- Implement KPIs and track performance to achieve continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with global teams to align local operations with broader corporate objectives.
Make a Business Impact:
- Identify opportunities to optimize costs and streamline operations.
- Support sales activities for external customers focusing on EMS manufacturing.
- Play a key role in global projects sharing insights and driving change initiatives.
Who You Are:
- A natural leader with 510 years of experience in operations supply chain or production within the electronics industry or similar.
- Academic degree or equivalent in engineering or business administration.
- Proven track record of leading smaller teams to success with a handson approach and exceptional people management skills.
- Strong problemsolving capabilities especially in operational and personnel matters.
- Techsavvy with solid knowledge of MS platforms BI tools and operational planning systems.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Highly commercial and customerfocused with a knack for delivering results.
Bonus Points: - Experience in change management project leadership and participating in management teams.
