Job Description

We design sell and implement innovative water management solutions in close cooperation with international partners and our customers. Were committed to building innovative sustainable solutions helping our customers throughout their entire life cycle for the evolving needs of the water sector.


Are you ready to take the next step in your career As our operations expand our passionate and dynamic team is looking for a Sales Manager with a responsibility for Swedish and Norwegian market.

Summary:

The Sales Manager ensures the commercial development of Flootechs activities and brand awareness in the Nordics. Activities include participating in communication actions prospecting potential new customers preparing proposals in cooperation with the process experts commercial negotiations developing strategies to boost sales managing the customer portfolio and ensuring commercial followup with customers to make them customers for life.

Job responsibilities:

  • Identifying & prospecting of new potential customers in Sweden and Norway
  • Responsibility for water plant project sales for industrial and municipal clients
  • Development of longterm and successful customer relationships internationally
  • Create competitive solutions for our customers in different situations
  • Prepare offers in accordance with customer requirements together with the sales team
  • Make your own active contribution to the companys operations and its development

Job requirements:

  • Suitable education B.Sc/M.Sc
  • Experience and success in selling international projects for industrial plants
  • Ability to manage large entities and bring them to a successful conclusion
  • Good problemsolving skills customer orientation initiative ability to work in a team
  • Fluency in English and Swedish proficiency in Norwegian a plus
  • Readiness to travel
  • Capability to work across cultures borders and different methods of executing business within an international team.
