What you will be doing:
- Guide and support the Scrum team by fostering Agile principles and values ensuring smooth and effective collaboration.
- Empower the team to achieve its best helping them deliver on commitments and reach their full potential.
- Collaborate across diverse crossfunctional teams managing multiple SDLC methodologies to drive successful project outcomes.
What you need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
- Scrum certification would be ideal.
- 1 2 years experience working with people with strong administration coaching/mentoring and facilitation skills.
- Team player with servant leadership qualities showing a collaborative diplomatic and assertive approach.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in English and present effectively.
- Knowledge of conflict management negotiation and some understanding of Agile and Software Development.
- Passionate about selfimprovement with an investigative mindset for problemsolving and finding solutions.
- High emotional intelligence a sense of humour and a strong commitment to ownership and delivering results.
