Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process by sourcing screening and coordinating interviews for potential candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in recruitment and grow within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job ads on various platforms.
  • Source candidates through job boards social media and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment status.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters to identify hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience and support the employer brand.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR (internships included) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment best practices and labor laws.
  • Problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
