Job Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator with a strong background in Microsoft Intune Microsoft 365 Administration and PowerShell scripting. This role requires technical expertise in managing IT infrastructure ensuring efficient service delivery and providing MacOS support. Given the administrative access required the position will undergo a security clearance process with our security team to ensure operational integrity and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Intune for device management
- Microsoft 365 Administration (user and license management configurations)
- PowerShell scripting for Active Directory and user management tasks
- MacOS Exposure: Familiarity with MacOS systems and the ability to support Mac users in a Microsoftcentric environment
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated experience in customer service or service delivery environments with an emphasis on resolving technical issues
- Project Inclination: Experience working on IT projects and coordinating with teams for successful project execution
- Security Knowledge: Familiarity with security best practices especially ISO27001 or equivalent frameworks (certification is an advantage)
Preferred Qualifications
- ISO27001 Certification or other recognized security certifications
- Experience with security protocols in highaccess IT administrative roles
- Knowledge of service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow JIRA)
