About the Role: As a Junior Data Analyst you ll work in a dynamic complex environment performing quick highimpact analyses to support critical business needs. You ll tackle data discrepancies headon ensuring the accuracy and reliability of insights used for decisionmaking. In this role you ll collaborate closely with a Business Analyst (BA) combining their strategic insights with your analytical rigor to meet the organization s objectives. This position is suited for someone detailoriented adaptable and ready to grow their analytics skills in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
AdHoc Analysis: Perform rapid adhoc analyses to support evolving business needs and provide timely insights.
Data Quality Assurance: Identify investigate and address data discrepancies to enhance data reliability and ensure accuracy.
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to refine data requirements and ensure insights align with business objectives.
Insight Communication: Present findings in a concise and accessible way to support informed decisionmaking for various stakeholders.
Continuous Learning: Proactively seek opportunities to improve analytical methods and data handling to stay current with industry standards.
Data Visualization & Reporting: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business intelligence needs.
Data Modeling (eventually): Build and optimize data models to support efficient and accurate reporting.
Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to uncover insights and support problemsolving initiatives across departments.
Data Management (eventually): Use Power Query for data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
